Use of powers

Document when staff can use noclip, teleport, revive, or other tools and how they should explain it.

1. For example, staff might use noclip only when in staff mode and not as an active character.
2. Clarify whether staff should switch to a staff character when dealing with incidents.

Ticket intake

Use this area to explain how tickets are created in Discord and how staff should pick them up.

1. Describe which channels tickets appear in and who can claim them.
2. Note how to respond if multiple staff members jump into the same ticket.

Investigation and action

Outline the steps to take when investigating a report before issuing any punishment.

1. Gather both sides of the story whenever possible.
2. Check logs or clips if available before making a decision.
3. Document the outcome in your staff records or channels.

Escalation steps

Use this section to lay out your typical path from warning to kick to ban.

1. Verbal warning or clarification for first time minor issues.
2. Temporary kick or short ban for repeat issues or more serious problems.
3. Longer ban or permanent ban for severe or repeated behavior.

You can add a table or link to a separate document if you use a detailed grid of offenses.

Appeals

Document how players can appeal bans or staff decisions and how staff should process those appeals.

1. Explain which channel or form players should use for appeals.
2. Clarify who has final say on unbans or changed punishments.

In city tools

Use this area to list commands or menus staff use inside FiveM, without revealing sensitive details to non staff.

1. List main commands with a short description, such as spectate or bring functions.
2. Mention any special logging or record keeping staff should do after using powers.

Discord and external tools

Document the most important Discord channels and any external dashboards you use.

1. Explain how to log actions in staff logs or similar channels.

Becoming staff

Stepping down or removal

Document what happens when a staff member steps down or is removed from the team.

1. Explain how access to tools and permissions is removed.
